Hi Lez Zeps:

I’ve just Discovered your band tonight online and it has been an experience. It wasn’t the obvious virtuoso technical chops, nor the clearly evident total knowledge of the material, it was the profound passion and complete genuine emotional commitment that took me to a different place. I’m a total Zephead and know their live and studio oeuvre pretty well which has meant cover bands/tribute artists have always left me pretty disappointed. Your band left me rhapsodic. I won’t waste time here talking about what’s wrong with the others. What I’d like to say is what your group is doing is more like an impassioned performance by a world-class orchestra interpreting the works of master artists like Bach, Beethoven, or Mozart and then just another cover bands/tribute band trying to pretend they are their heroes. You guys are doing your own real thing.

Hope you make it out to the San Francisco Bay Area sometime I’ll be the one in the front row banging his head on the stage.

Sincerely,

Tony D’Acci

i played cello recently with the music of led zepplin with the former lead of zebra on lead vocals. lez zep sounds like an even more fun version. come on down to florida. we’d love to catch your unique interpretation.
